The Modoc County Tax Collector's payment website has changed to:
The credit card processor charges a convenience fee of 2.38% to pay by debit or credit card
There is
no charge to pay by electronic check (using your bank routing number and account)
To make a payment by phone: 866-415-4720
To change the mailing address on your tax bill(s), please email your fee parcel number(s) and new address to: Assessor@co.modoc.ca.us
